본 연구는 중견 간부인 부사관의 주관적 인식을 바탕으로 해군으로의 삶에 관한 인식을 유형화하여 그 특성을 살피는 것이 목적이다. Q 방법론을 적용한 본 연구는 중견 해군 부사관을 대상으로 면담과 문헌 조사를 통해 Q 모집단을 구성하여 총 40개의 Q 표본 진술문을 선정하였다. 부사관 30명을 대상으로 Q 표본 진술문을 Q 표본 분포도에 중요도 순으로 배치하도록 하였다. QUANL program을 활용한 분석 결과, 1유형은 ‘가장 역할 부제에 따른 내적 갈등형’, 2유형은 ‘특수직업에 대한 사명 의식 자부형’, 3유형은 ‘조직 시스템의 변화 추구형’, 4유형은 ‘생활환경에 대한 안정 추구형’, 5유형은 ‘보상 결핍에 대한 불안형’으로 나타났다. 이러한 내용을 바탕으로 본 연구는 중견 해군 부사관의 삶에 관한 인식을 유형화하는 데 의의가 있으며 대상과 연구영역의 한계점을 기술하였다.
The purpose of this study is to classify the perception of life as a navy based on the subjective perception of a non-commissioned officer, a mid-level officer, and to examine its characteristics. In this study, Q sample statements were selected from a total of 40 Q sample statements through interviews and literature surveys of mid - sized naval officers. As a result of the analysis using the QUANL program, it was found that type 1 was the internal conflict type according to the role subtitle, type 2 was the mission consciousness self-confidence type for the special job, type 3 was the change-seeking type of the organizational system, type 4 was the stability-seeking type for the living environment, and type 5 was the anxiety type for the compensation deficiency. Based on these contents, this study is meaningful in classifying the perception of life of mid-sized Navy NCOs and described the limitations of the subjects and research areas.
