The purpose of this study is to classify the perception of life as a navy based on the subjective perception of a non-commissioned officer, a mid-level officer, and to examine its characteristics. In this study, Q sample statements were selected from a total of 40 Q sample statements through interviews and literature surveys of mid - sized naval officers. As a result of the analysis using the QUANL program, it was found that type 1 was the internal conflict type according to the role subtitle, type 2 was the mission consciousness self-confidence type for the special job, type 3 was the change-seeking type of the organizational system, type 4 was the stability-seeking type for the living environment, and type 5 was the anxiety type for the compensation deficiency. Based on these contents, this study is meaningful in classifying the perception of life of mid-sized Navy NCOs and described the limitations of the subjects and research areas.
