본 연구는 긍정적 모-자 상호작용을 위한 미술활동중심의 치료놀이 사례이다. 아동은 6세 남아이며, 이혼한 편모의 직장생활로 주로 외조모에게 양육되었다. 모-자가 함께 지내는 시간이 부족하여 서로간의 신체적 접촉마저도 어색해 하는 상황이었다. 아동은 교육기관에서 산만함과 주의집중력 부족, 집단생활에서의 어려움을 나타내었다. 이에 본 연구자는 아동과 모가 함께 참여하는 미술활동 중심의 치료놀이를 통해 모-자간의 정서적, 신체적인 상호작용을 증진시킬 수 있도록 하였다. 긍정적인 모-자 상호작용의 증진을 위하여, 아동과 모에게 주2회 45분씩 총 12회기의 미술활동 중심의 치료놀이 프로그램이 제공되었다. 본 연구는 신체접촉을 자연스럽게 유도할 수 있는 미술활동 과제들을 제시하여 실시한 치료놀이가 모자간의 긍정적 상호작용을 향상시킨 사례이다. 이를 통해 미술활동 중심의 치료놀이가 긍정적 모-자관계의 긍정적 상호작용에 효과적임을 보고하는데 연구의 의의가 있다.
This study is a Theraplay using Art activity case for mother-child positive interaction promotion. The child is six-year-old boy and had been bringing up by maternal grandmother because divorced-single mother's occupation was busy. Mother and child didn't spend time together usually and had uncomfortable physical contact with each other. This Child showed problems such as distraction, attention problem in group life. This study is structured program for physical and emotional interaction promotion between mother and child by engaging Theraplay using Art activity. This program was comprised of 12 sessions for mother-child positive interaction promotion. This study resulted that mother-child positive interaction was promoted by physical contact during Art activity. This effect of Theraplay using Art activity has a meaning about mother-child positive interaction promotion.
