본 연구는 만5세 유아를 대상으로 사회정서적 유능감 향상을 위한 유아 집단놀이치료 모형을 개발하는 것이다. 개발된 모형은 목표, 내용, 전개과정, 그리고 치료사 역할의 체계로 구축되었다. 사회정서적 유능감 향상 유아 집단놀이치료 모형의 목표는 다양한 정서 이해하기, 적절한 정서 표현하기, 자신의 정서를 조절하기, 사회적 지식을 알기, 사회적 기술 발달시키기 등으로 선정되었고, 내용요소는 정서이해 및 표현, 자기조절, 사회적 지식 그리고 사회적 기술 등이다. 전개과정은 집단놀이치료의 진행단계 즉, 탐색단계→표현단계→조절단계→활용단계→성장·종결단계를 적용하며, 매회기의 진행은 준비→중심활동→자유놀이→토의→평가의 순서로 이루어진다. 그리고 치료사의 역할은 계획자, 관계형성자, 반영·해석자, 유지·중재자 및 제한자 등이다. 마지막으로 사회정서적 유능감 향상을 위한 유아집단놀이치료의 모형의 목표, 내용요소, 전개과정 및 치료사의 역할에 대해 논의하였다.
The purpose of this study was to develop a social-emotional competence model utilizing group play therapy in order to promote young children's social-emotional competence. For this purpose, the research questions were established as follows: How is a social-emotional competence model utilizing group play therapy for young children composed? In research question, this model consists of objective, content, procedure, and teacher's role. The objectives of this model were set on the promotion of social and emotional competence for young children. These model were composed of 5 stages which are group play therapy stages: rapport stage→expressing stage→regulating stage→applying stage→growing·concluding stage. Every session proceeded in the oder of preparation→main activity→free play→group discussion→evaluation. The teacher's roles were planner, reflector, and interpreter to children's play activities and positive mediator and limiter to the group to promote social-emotional competence.
