본 연구는 주의력결핍 과잉행동 경향이 있는 아동과 부모간 상호작용의 특성을 살펴보고자 수행되었다. 만 5세부터 만 13세까지 산만함과 집중력 부족으로 사설 임상기관에 의뢰된 총 38명의 아동들을 대상으로 아동과 함께 시간을 보내는 이와 관련된 변인, 부모가 평정한 아동의 주의력결핍, 충동성, 과잉행동 수준과 아동의 특성에 대한 부모의 인식, 양육활동, 부모의 양육태도 유형간 관계를 알아보았으며, 부·모의 양육태도 유형을 설명할 수 있는 변인이 어떤 것인지 알아보았다. 이상의 자료들은 SPSS WIN v. 19로 분석되었다. 연구결과, 아동과 함께 시간을 보내는 사람과 명수, 아동의 주의력결핍, 충동성, 과잉행동 수준과 아동의 특성에 대한 부모의 인식, 양육활동, 부모의 양육태도 유형 간 의미있는 관계가 나타났으며, 부․모의 양육태도 유형을 설명하는 변인들이 나타났다.
This study was executed to identify the factors that attribute to the parenting styles and the characteristics of parent-child interactions in the clinical setting referred to for ADHD related tendencies. The subjects were overall 38 children in the age range of from 5 year-old to thirteen-year old who are referred to by attention-deficit and lack of concentration. Several variables were searched including follows: number of family members, sibling order, the level of factors including attention-deficit, impulsivity, and overactivity, perception toward child which parents report, parenting activities, and parenting styles of each parent. Those variables were analyzed to find the relationships and differences between them. Father group and mother group were compared to by those variables and SPSS WIN v. 19 were used. In result, the number of family members, the sex of child and parent, the levels of attention-deficit, impulsivity, and overactivity, and the positive or negative characteristics of child parent perceive were found to affect parenting activities and parenting activities
