The purpose of this study was to investigate effect of sandplay therapy on reducing tic symptoms of child with tic disorder and to analyze the process of sandplay therapy. The subject of this study was 5th grade child wiith vocal tic disorder. In order to achieve these study purpose, AB design of time-series study and case study were conducted. Main results of this study were as follows: First, child with symptoms of vocal tic target to look at the overall score YGTSS score (GSS) for the pre-44 and post-19 points, examined later-19 observed mother significantly reduce the tic symptoms on a child.
