The batting and cart accident, fell of a thunder, and drowning happened, and cause of accidents were occurred mostly by lack of safety managing and not observing safety duty, which are human errors. 2. About mis-shots in process of golf game, and batting accidents occurred at the blind hall with care of caddie, an injurer is not asked for any responsibility because of immanent danger of golf recognized by others. 3. Company has been responsible for compensation if a victim was a customer, but company wasn t always responsible when victim was a caddie. 4. Cart accidents caused by false of victims are admitted as imperfection caring of safety system by company, so the company has been responsible for it. But fall of a thunder is not easy to foresee. Therefore, company has not been responsible for accidents happened by a natural disaster. 5. Company admitted the responsibility of managing safety system and this is considered that liability without fault be due to redemption of the defender. To settle a safe golf culture as a friendly public sports, golfers have to follow golf etiquette and safety laws, caddies have to be equipped with ability to be responsible for the golf game and safety, and company should not only care for safety to show but should establish high quality service which is the basic of safe business management.
