The revitalization of the sports in school is to revive the essence of education for the balance and harmony of intellectual training, moral training and physical training beyond the dimension of defending that subject physical education . But our sports in school have been missing gradually amidst the educational environment which makes entrance exam for advanced schools the prime object, and our athletic clubs in school are deteriorating into blind sports of the rights for learning and human rights of student players. The making of 「The sports in school Act」is a great task which must be accomplished for the solution of these problems. 「The sports in school Act」 will be the legal basis for the maintenance and preservation of young student s health and human rights. This study aims to analyze 「The sports in school Act」 bill which was presented by the representative, Min-Seok Ahn and the response to the bill by the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, and afterward will add some important issues about the sports in school to the bill.
