To date, China has not yet established an effective sport arbitration system. In order to establish a diversified mechanism for resolving sports disputes and set up a sport arbitration system that is not only practical in China but also compatible with international standards, relevant administrative agencies, legislative bodies and sports law expert have made substantial efforts. It should be recognized that these efforts have been very effective. With great achievements and developments in sports, China is in urgent need for improving its sport legal system. From a legislative perspective, this article will analyze the conflicts between The Sports Law of the People s Republic of China (The Sports Law of PRC) and The Legislation Law of the People s Republic of China (The Legislation Law of PRC)，discuss the feasibility of establishing a sport arbitration system in China. The goal of such work was to expect to improve China Sports Law system.
