A desirable anti doping legal system should be able to meet the demand of the fight against drug abuse in sports and play an important role in the prevention, education, control measures and punishment of drug abuse. Different levels of laws and regulations are needed to establish a comprehensive and coherent legal system, covering a complete range of drug abuse cases in various fields. Compared with this standard, Chinese anti doping legal system lacks certain levels of legislations and orders of legislation are also confused. Anti doing laws and regulations only have low legal authority and are unable to cover sufficient drug abuse situations. The establishment and optimization of Chinese anti doping legal system requires us to place high values on researches, design the legal system from a scientific approach, formulate strict legislation planning, improve the legal authority of anti doping laws and regulations, quicken the pace of legislation, and strength anti doping education and preventive legislation.
