이 연구에서는 학교체육진흥법 제정 취지 및 목적에 부합할 수 있도록 학교체육진흥원의 설립과 구성 및 운영에 필요한 이론적 근거를 제공하고 학교체육진흥원에 관한 구체적 시행령 가안을 제시함으로써 시행령 제정에 도움을 주는 데에 그 목적이 있다. 이와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위하여 첫째, 학교체육 담당기관의 현황과 학교체육진흥원의 필요성을 고찰하여 학교체육진흥원 설립의 당위성을 규명하였고 둘째, 학교체육진흥원에 관한 시행령 제정방안을 마련하기 위하여 학교체육진흥법에서 규정한 부처별 조치사항을 살펴보았으며 셋째, 학교체육진흥원의 설치, 구성과 운영에 관한 입법안을 구체적으로 검토하여 학교체육진흥원의 설치, 기능, 임원의 임기, 구성 및 운영 등에 관한 실제적인 시행령 조문안을 마련하였다.
The purpose of this study was to provide a rationale for school physical education agency s establish, organization and administration, to be helpful the enact Decree of the School Physical Education Act. Through this study, the following conclusions were drawn:First, suggested necessity of the school physical education promotion agency s establishment by looking currant status and problem of school physical education related institutions in korea. Second, examined the duties of department prescribed in this act for enact Decree of School Physical Education Promotion Act. Third, prepared the decree clauses of School Physical Education Promotion Act by the School Physical Education promotion Agency s establish, function and officers of the term, formation and administration. And suggestions for the future, in order to a activate of physical education, related organ s cooperative work would be very important. Not only need to be the School Physical Education Promotion Agency s establish, but also the role of those agency.
