The purpose of this study is to propose a policy and institutional application for realizing the adoption of the official Olympic Games in this sport. The specific contents are as follows. First, the strategic diversification of tournament types can be mentioned. The International eSports Federation needs to work with sports organizations to promote diversification of the age group of amateur competitions and actively consider the rules for receiving international competitions at least twice a year. Second, the Olympic athlete participation system needs to change. The International e-Sports Federation should introduce a point system for each tournament, and promote policy-making to prevent a large gap between professional and amateur players. Third, an operating system should be provided for the active deployment of matches. It is judged that internal and external creative changes in the game development are necessary so that you can feel the pleasure of watching sports regardless of generation. Fourth, the proportion of female athletes needs to increase. It is necessary to try to realize the Olympic philosophy through a system that requires the participation of professional gamers at each tournament. Fifth, there needs to be a policy to activate this sports tournament for VR / AR based games. By introducing dynamic physical activity, a unique area where traditional sports can run, it is judged that it will be possible to precede an advantage in entering the Olympics. Sixth, research on the physical and psychosocial health of this sport should be activated. It is necessary to actively promote research that contributes directly or indirectly to physical, psychological and social health during the fourth industrial revolution, not to mention the value that can be gained by conducting this sport through scientific research.
