본 연구의 목적은 U-리그에 참가하는 대학축구부 운영의 서비스품질에 대한 IPA분석을 통하여 학생선수들이 인식하는 중요도와 만족도의 차이를 분석함으로써 우선적으로 개선 및 유지할 점 등을 구분하여 효율적인 운영을 위한 정책적 제언을 하는 데 있다. 중요도와 만족도를 분석하였으며, IPA 매트릭스 전략을 통해 대학축구부 운영 발전을 위한 정책개발 요인을 도출하였다. 종합적으로 대학축구부의 효율적인 운영을 위한 정책적인 제언은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 훈련장 안점점검을 주기적으로 실시, 그리고 야간 조명시설의 확대가 요구된다. 둘째, 주변 지역시설 활용을 통해 훈련장 접근성의 증가가 요구된다. 셋째, 지도자의 바른 언행을 위한 교육 프로그램 개설이 요구된다. 넷째, 대한축구협회(KFA)의 지도자 교육 프로그램의 변화, 그리고 ‘원스트라이크 아웃제’의 도입이 요구된다. 다섯째. 한국대학스포츠협의회(KUSF)는 지도자를 대상으로 한 현장 적합 코칭 프로그램의 개발이 요구된다. 마지막, 학생선수의 진로를 위한 인턴쉽 프로그램의 개발이 요구된다.
The purpose of this study is policy proposal effective of the through analysis for university football club management service quality IPA by analyzing the difference in importance and satisfaction perceived by student players, priority improvement items and items to be maintained are identified, policy proposal to effective management. to analyze in importance and satisfaction, through the IPA matrix strategy, policy development factors for the development of the operation of the university football team were derived participating in the U-League. Overall, the policy recommendations for the efficient operation of the university football club are as follows. First, it is required to periodically conduct safety inspection of the training ground and expand night lighting facilities. Second, it is required to increase accessibility to the training ground through the use of surrounding local facilities. Third, it is required to open an educational program for the right words and actions of the leader. Fourth, it is required to change the leader education program of the Korea Football Association (KFA) and introduce a 'one strike out system'. Fifth, the Korea University Sport Federation(KUSF) is required to develop a field-appropriate coaching program for leaders. Finally, the development of an internship program for the career of student athletes is required.
