In accordance with the revision of the Enforcement Decree of the Sports Facilities Act, a new regulation was established that entrusts the safety management of sports facilities with poor safety management to the National Sports Promotion Agency. The law is not regulated, so it is necessary to amend the law. In the Sports Facility Safety Inspection Guidelines, sports facilities with poor safety management are defined as sports facilities that have a high risk of accidents in the public and sports facility businesses of the Sports Facility Act or are recognized as requiring continuous management to prevent accidents. It is limited to facilities with a total floor area of 500 square meters or more after this period has passed. For the management of facilities with poor safety management, the sports facilities with poor safety management are designated by comprehensively considering whether the facilities submitted by local governments meet the designation standards and the reasons for the request by the local government. and decide whether to release it in consideration of safety level and risk resolution, etc. In addition, the organization, manpower and budget of the National Sports Promotion Agency should be expanded, and support should be strengthened by linking the old facility support project in the public sports facility renovation budget. In order to promote the system implementation and strengthen the professionalism of the person in charge, the focus is on the contents of laws and regulations, applicable facilities, designation and notification work procedures, establishment and implementation of safety inspection plans, measures to be taken according to the inspection results, and the use of SFMS related to de designation. Therefore, it is necessary to prepare a manual and distribute it to stakeholders.
