Of course, there are activities in non-commercial fields such as education, counseling, and election campaigns, but this study focuses on entertainment. The fundamental reason for the acceleration of this phenomenon is that non-face-to-face online activities have taken up a large part of work and interpersonal relationships. At the same time, as the development of digital technology has made it difficult to distinguish between a virtual influencer and a person, the concept of a digital human has become familiar, and its influence is gradually expanding, especially among the MZ generation. As the field of digital humans expands along with the development of technology, there is a lot of interest and expectation about how the market can grow in the future. However, in the field of entertainment, virtual humans are an important medium that can promote and spread communication with real humans, and attention should be paid to the influence they can have on society. Since the virtual human industry is a nascent market, it is necessary to continuously observe the future growth process and identify and respond to related issues in a timely manner to create a healthy and sustainable environment.
