It is a very important topic of so-called preventative health in an aging society. Preventative health means establishing healthy aging through the proactive implementation of national and local policies. In particular physical activity in daily life is the most important area for 'growing older healthily order to 'age healthily', older people must not only have easy access, but also have a low fmancial burden. Physical activities in everyday life promotes the improvement of vibrant well-being of the elderly and are expected to prevent various geriatric diseases in daily life, including depression, and reduce the increasing social costs of medical care for the elderly, even financial savings effects are expected. Comparatively, Germany supports a healthy life for seniors through leisure activities, including sport, through the introduction of the Prevention Act. A national prevention strategy defmed at the federal level, the step-by-step programs in their municipalities. Insurance companies provide realistic services, as well as private insurance, provide appropriate realistic offers and support financial priorities. In our current legal system, we can fmd appropriate regulation of recreational sports for the elderly, but political and institutional additions are still needed to actually promote recreational sports in the daily lives of older people. We hope that the German legal policy will have an impact on the future determination of sports rights for seniors in Korea, so that seniors can enjoy a healthier life.
