Presently, the Korean church stopped to grow, and Christians urgently need coaching programs that they can leverage to pursue after their growth and advancement. It is necessary to help the people who are scarred from the past and who need counseling for healing to get better fast. Moreover, Christian coaching programs that can help the growth of the church extensively by linking with the vision for the future is absolutely necessary not only for the religious community, but also for the academic community. Now, it is necessary for the counseling domain to roll out to the domain of coaching that presents the vision for the future and that focuses on growth and change, going beyond the mental stability of the consulted. Already, there are many common denominators shared by Solution-focused brief counseling such as Reality Therapy, and The practice of brief psychotherapy with the domain of the coaching techniques. Clinical study is necessary more than ever when it comes to the integrated application of counseling and coaching. Integration of the counseling and coaching not only expands the opportunity for the consulted to select, but it can also actively encourage the participation of the regular people. Given this, interdisciplinary research in this field is urgently called for. Accordingly, the purpose of this research is to examine the difference between counseling and coaching to assess how they are different as well as to study the potential for the integrated application of Christian coaching and counseling in order to present the similarities of counseling and coaching techniques. Moreover, this research attempts a theoretical level search to assess how the Christian coaching and counseling conversation model can be integrated to apply, and introduce an actual clinical study on the integrated application to examine the effect.
