This study was to investigate the effect of Cellular Phone Addiction on school adjustment of teenagers. The subjects in this study were 328teenagers. The data collected from May 2009 were statistically analyzed using t-test, Chi-square, One Way ANOVA, Pearson correlations analysis,multiple regression analysis in SPSS win 15.0. The results of this study are follows: First, girls were more addicted to cellular phone than boys, and there was no difference of addictive to cellular phone between middle school students and high school students. Second, it is shown that addiction-tendency to cellular phone group had meaningfully lower school adjustment comparing non-addition to cellular phone addiction group. Third, They had lower level of statistically on all sub-areas of adjustment to school life such as the school enviroment-related adjustment, school teacher-related adjustment, school instrustion-related adjustment, school life-related adjustment and showed comparative maladjustment to school life. Especially, cellular phone addiction is close relation between school adjustment(R2=16.1). There is a need for the community to bulid up sound Cellular Phone culture, and for a variety of approaches to prevent Cellular Phone Addiction and treat the Cellular Phone Addiction for Teenagers.
