This study explained that Christotherapy, the process of healing through enlightenment is centering the existential diagnosis. Tyrrell stated four key forms of enlightenment concerning the process of healing through enlightenment. These are existential diagnosis; existential discernment; conversion; and mysticism. By adopting these four key forms of enlightenment structurally into the process of healing through enlightenment, this study wants to set up the healing paradigm of Christotherapy through macro process. Mind–fasting and spirit–feasting as a key existential method of Christotherapy can be flexibly mixed and combined independently sometimes dependently by repeating micro process. Additional purpose of this study is to support the process of healing through Christotherapy, as Tyrrell proposed existential diagnosis form of Christotherapy and existential clarification diagram which are based on the components of “the gates of hell and the gates of paradise” expressed figuratively in order to help existential diagnosis and mind–fasting.
