The purpose of this study is to present the integrated theoretical approach model on four activities of supervision–advisory, education, counseling, evaluation–. Therefore, the contents to be discussed hereof are theories of theological position, educational position, counseling and psychological treatment theoretic position and theories of supervision. For theological position, it handles the theology of Karl Barth. For educational theory, it has taken a look at affectionism and principle of non–interference of Confucius and Lao–tzu, respectively, in order to contemplate the harmony with Oriental thinking. The counseling and psychological treatment theoretic position takes a look at Freud’s psychoanalytic theory and Beck’s cognitive therapy. And, finally, the supervision theory has contemplated the ‘human–process model’ under the development point of view. As a result, under the supervision, the integrated models are sought on the basis of theoretical basis for revelatory level for advisory, attitude level of relationship for education, therapeutic level for counseling and advanced organizational level of counselor for evaluation.
