이 연구는 이야기치료에서의 수퍼비전에 대한 기존의 관점들을 고찰한 후, 수퍼비전이란 영역이 내담자나 상담자를 위한 교육적인 훈련의 의미뿐 아니라 상담자의삶과 이야기를 의미 있고 풍부하게 만드는 데 그 궁극적인 목적이 함의되어 있음을알아보고자 한다. 이야기치료에서의 수퍼비전은 단순히 상담자가 자신의 역할을다할 수 있도록 훈련, 교육하는 것에 국한되지 않고 상담자, 즉 수퍼바이지가 상담자로서의 역할을 잘 해내고 상담자 개인의 삶의 이야기를 풍성하게 만드는 것에 관심이 있다. 본 연구의 본론에서는 수퍼비전과 관련된 연구들의 고찰을 통해 이야기치료에서의 수퍼바이저의 역할을 알아보고 수퍼비전의 종류를 나누어 각 영역들에서 활용되는 방법 및 절차와 질문들을 살펴본다. 이런 이야기치료 관점의 수퍼비전이 기독교 상담에 어떻게 적합한지와 임상에서의 활용도에 대해 고찰한다. 결론에서는 연구 결과를 토대로 상담자의 성장과 삶의 이야기가 풍성해지기 위해 효과적인 이야기치료의 수퍼비전을 향후 실행할 때 필요한 시사점들을 제언한다. 상담 분야의 급속한 발전에 따라 상담자의 질적인 성장과 삶의 이야기가 풍성해지는 것은매우 중요한 작업이고 이런 대안적인 이야기는 신앙의 본질과 흡사한 만큼 기독교상담에서 이야기치료를 수퍼비전에 적용하는 추후 연구들이 시도되어야 할 것이다.
The purpose of this review is to find out the existing implications for the supervision on narrative practices and searching for goals as not only educational and professional training for counselor, relationship with clients but also making meaning and rich stories as counselor’s life. Supervision on narrative practice is not limited to the training and education of counselors so that you can do is simply to serve as a role of suitable counselor, as well as the rich stories of the life as counselor. The point of this review is extracted different kinds of perspectives, role and method of supervision via previous studies. And further more, It is observed that useful questions and process in each supervision perspectives areas. In these reasons, the supervision on Narrative practices can go along with Christian counseling theory and practical field. In conclusion, it is suggested that the supervision is set up in the viewpoint of with narrative practices for making meaningful, rich stories of counselor’s life as which this kind of alternative story is based on nature of spiritual life. That’s why the researches for adapting narrative supervision in Christian counseling is needed in the future.
