본 연구는 기독 청소년의 신앙요소에 따른 성의식의 하위유형에 대한 태도와 동성애에 대한 사회적 거리감 정도를 조사 파악하여, 기독교 신앙요소의 정도가 청소년들의 성의식과 동성애 태도에 미치는 영향을 파악하는 것이 목적이다. 이를 위하여 부산지역 20여 개의 교회를 직접 방문하여 350부의 설문지를 배부하고, 이 중 내용이 적합하지 못한 44부를 제외한 306부를 대상으로 조사연구를 진행하였다. 검사도구는 기독교 신앙요소 검사지와 성의식 검사지, 동성애 태도 척도 검사지를 사용하였다. 본 연구는 부산지역의 20여 개 교회의 청소년을 대상으로 하였기에 결과를 일반화하기는 어렵지만, 올바른 성의식과 가치관을 형성하는 데 교회의 신앙교육과 부모의 신앙생활의 역할이 중요하다는 것을 시사하고 있다. 단 성의식의 하위유형에서 성표현과 이성관계, 성문제, 자위행위 등의 영역에서는 신앙요소의 유무와 상관없이 청소년들의 의식수준이 거의 비슷한 것으로 나타났다. 이는 기독 청소년들 또한 사회적 이념과 가치에 영향을 받고 있다는 증거이다. 그러므로 교회와 가정에서 기존의 성에 대한 부정적이고 금기시하던 태도에서 벗어나 성경적 관점을 바탕으로 한 성교육을 실시하고, 이를 위한 인력 양성과 지원 사업이 마련되어야 할 것이다.
The purpose of this study is to comprehend how the level of elements of Christian faith has influence on youth’s sexual opinion through searching the attitude about sexual opinion and its sub factor according as Christian youth’s elements of faith, and figuring out a sense of social distance about homosexuality. For this purpose of study, 350 questionnaire has been distributed to 20 churches in Busan. Testing tools are Questionnaire for elements of Christian belief, Questionnaire for sexual opinion, and Questionnaire for homosexual attitude criterion. This research points out the importance of the role of Christian education from churches and religious life of parents for making right sexual opinion and its values, but the result cannot be universalized because the research is only from 20 churches. It shows that the level of consciousness of youth is almost same regardless of having religion or not in the section of sex expression, sex relations, sex problem and masturbation in the subtype of sexual opinion. This means that Christian youth are also affected by the social ideology and values. Therefore, churches and families need to set up sex education which is based on the view of Bible not from the pre–existing negative and taboo attitude and also prepare manpower training and its supporting business.
