본 연구는 학령전기 소아암 아동의 질병 치료 과정 경험을 이해하고 이를 바탕으로 체계적 기독(목회)상담 돌봄 방법을 연구하기 위한 것이다. 아동의 질병 치료 과정 경험은 학령전기 소아암 아동의 발달 특성을 고려하여 놀이치료를 실시하고 놀이치료 주제 분석을 통해 이해하였다. 기독(목회)상담적 돌봄 모형을 구축하기 위한 연구목적을 위해 연구자는 직접 아동이 입원하고 있는 병원이나 가정으로 찾아가는 문화기술지 연구 방법을 적용하였으며 삼각검증을 실시하였다. 연구 결과 학령 전기 소아암 아동의 질병 경험에 관한 놀이치료 주제는 여섯 가지 영역으로 일반적인 놀이치료 주제, 의료적 놀이치료 주제, 영성적 놀이치료 주제, 놀이과정 주제, 체계에 관한 주제, 연구자 경험 주제로 분류하였다. 놀이치료 주제 분석 결과와 아동의 영성과 문화를 고려한 체계적 관점에서 본 아동경험의 중심주제는 ‘치료과정 중에도 여전히 자라는 어린이’로 분석되었다. 본 연구자는 분석된 연구 결과를 토대로 소아암과 같이 만성질환을 경험하는 아동을 위한 체계적인 기독(목회)상담 돌봄 모델을 개발하고 기독(목회)상담 의료 놀이치료의 구체적인 실천방법을 제안한다.
The purpose of this study is to understand the experiences of treating diseases of preschool childhood cancers and to study the systematic counseling care methodology. According to the study, the subject of play therapy for children suffering from childhood cancer during the preschool age, has six areas, including general theme of play therapy, medical play therapy topics, spiritual play therapy topics, and play course theme, system connected theme, a system for researchers. In terms of the results of the theme analysis and systematic perspective on the spirituality and culture of children, the main theme was analyzed as “a child still growing during the course of the treatment process.” Based on the analyzed findings, the researcher develops a systematic Christian (pastoral) counseling care model for children who experience chronic diseases such as childhood cancer and proposes a concrete practice in the treatment of Christian (pastoral) counseling medical play.
