본 연구는 기독교 청소년들이 지각한 부모갈등과 진로태도성숙 간의 관계에서 불안감이 매개역할을 하는지 검증하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 2016년 7월부터 한 달 간 서울, 경기지역 15개 교회에 출석하는 고등학생 240명의 자료를 분석하였다. 자료분석은 Baron과 Kenny(1986)의 3단계 매개효과 절차에 따라 매개효과를 검증하였다. 그 결과, 기독교 청소년이 지각한 부모갈등과 진로태도성숙 간의관계에서 불안은 부분매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 기독교 청소년이 지각한 부모의 갈등은 진로태도에 영향을 미칠 뿐만 아니라, 부모갈등으로 인해 불안이 증가될 수 있고 이는 진로태도성숙을 저해할 수 있음을 시사한다. 이와 같은 결과를 바탕으로 연구의 시사점, 상담을 위한 제언 및 제한점을 논의하였다.
The purpose of this study is to investigate whether anxiety plays a mediating role in relation to parental conflict as perceived by Christian adolescences and career attitude maturity. 240 high school students from 15 protestant churches located in the Seoul–Gyeonggi region were surveyed. The data was analyzed by Baron and Kenny(1986)’s 3 steps of mediating effect. The result of the study was revealed that anxiety exited a partial mediating effect in the relationship between parental conflict perceived by Christian adolescences and career attitude maturity. Through the results of the above study, it was verified that anxiety was one of the predictors of career attitude maturity. This suggests that parental conflict perceived by Christian adolescences and emotions of anxiety are important in the process of maturing the attitudes of Christian adolescences towards their future career path.
