연구에서는 놀이치료에 의뢰된 학대피해아동들을 대상으로 학대피해아동 인형심리진단평가를 실시하여 그들이 경험한 학대사실을 확인하고 결과 해석을 통해 드러나는 경험을 살펴보고자 하였다. 연구를 위해 연구자가 소속된 아동보호전문기관에서 연구자가 진행한 놀이치료의 내담자인 학대피해아동 세 명을 선정하였다. 자아탐색, 가족관계탐색, 학대행위자와의 관계탐색 단계에서 선택하고 배치한 동물인형 그리고 선택과 배치의 이유에 관한 진술을 동물인형의 네 가지 상징체계와 의미체계에 의거하여 분석하고 해석하였다. 본 연구를 통해 학대피해아동 인형심리진단평가가 비언어적 접근을 통해 학대피해아동의 학대피해 사실을 안전하게 진단하고 평가하는 도구로서의 효과가 있음을 확인하였다. 그리고 학대피해아동인형심리진단평가를 실시함으로써 아동학대의 영향으로 학대피해아동들에게서 나타나는 특성을 발견하고 이를 바탕으로 놀이치료에서의 중재 계획을 세울 수 있었으며, 학대피해아동 인형심리진단평가 과정이 아동학대사건에 대한 경험을 온전히 학대피해아동의 입장에서 함께 바라볼 수 있도록 해준다는 것을 발견하였다.
This study conducted a psychological diagnostic assessment of abused children through Diagnostic assessment manual for abused children using figures, and confirmed abuse facts they experienced through. For the study, three abused children were selected from the Child Protection Agency the researcher belonged. They made statements about the reason why they selected and arranged the figures in the stages for search of self, family relationship and relationship with abusers. It was analyzed and interpreted according to the four symbol systems and the meaning systems of animal figures. As a result, it confirmed this psychological diagnostic assessment is effective to safely diagnose and assess them through non–verbal approach. And also it revealed the characteristics of the effect of child abuse and the process of the Diagnostic assessment using figures for abused children causes the experience of child abuse to be viewed together with the abused child.
