This study aims to analyze the development case of the art therapy program by the Neulbom School Project Group at A University and propose directions for future art therapy programs to support psycho-logical, social, and emotional well-being in Neulbom School. Following the program development process proposed by Kim Changdae et al. (2022), four types of three-session programs were developed based on the three educational modules of A University's Neulbom School Project, the Expressive Therapies Continuum (ETC) theory, and previous research. These programs were structured according to the four stages of the Psycho-Cybernetic Model of Art Therapy (PMAT). The developed programs were implemented in 12 schools in the Gyeonggi and Incheon regions from December 20, 2022, to February 27, 2023, with modifications and improvements made to reflect the characteristics of each school setting. Based on this, the discussion focused on the qualitative aspects of the Neulbom School art therapy program, the in-structors’ professionalism, communication and collaboration with the school environment, and environmental factors necessary for effective implementation.
