이 연구는 중등 예비교사를 위한 AI 활용 진로탐색 프로그램을 개발하고, 그 효과를 검증하기 한 것이다. 이를 위해 선행 연구에서 제시된 AI 기반 진로교육 및 진로지도 프로그램들을 분석하고, 2022 개정「진로와 직업」교육과정을 바탕으로 총 7회기로 구성된 AI 활용 진로탐색 프로그램을 개발하였다. 프로그램의 효과를 검증하기 위해 J대학교 중등 예비교사 206명을 대상으로 실험집단(102명)과 통제집단(104명)으로 나누어 프로그램을 실시하였다. 프로그램 회기별 소요 시간은 50분으로 한 주에 2회기 씩 구성하여 1주일 간격으로 진행하였다. 프로그램 실행 전과 종료 후에는 실험집단과 통제집단 모두에게 동일한 척도(진로개발역량, AI 활용 진로지도 역량)로 구성된 사전/사후검사를 실시하였다. 프로그램을 실행한 실험집단에게는 프로그램 회기별로 서면면접을 실시하여 자료를 수집하였다. 양적 분석은 반복측정 분산분석(RM ANOVA)을 활용하여 프로그램 효과를 검증하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. AI 활용 진로탐색 프로그램을 적용한 결과, 중등 예비교사의 진로개발역량과 AI 활용 진로지도 역량이 통계적으로 유의한 효과가 나타났다. 본 연구에서 개발된 AI 활용 진로탐색 프로그램은 미래 교육 현장에서 개별 맞춤형 진로지도를 수행해야 할 예비교사의 진로개발역량과 AI 활용 진로지도 역량을 강화할 수 있는 교육 콘텐츠로서 의미를 갖는다.
This study aimed to develop and evaluate the effectiveness of a career exploration program using AI for secondary pre-service teachers. The program was designed to support career exploration using AI tools and to enhance both career development competency and career guidance competency using AI. It consisted of seven sessions based on the 2022 revised「Career and Occupation」curriculum and prior studies. A total of 206 secondary pre-service teachers from J University participated, with 102 in the experimental group and 104 in the control group. Each session was 50 minutes and held twice a week. To evaluate effectiveness, both groups completed pre- and post-tests on career development competency and career guidance competency using AI. Quantitative data were analyzed using repeated measures ANOVA. Results showed that: 1) the program significantly improved participants’ career development competency; 2) it enhanced their career guidance competency using AI. These findings suggest that the developed program can serve as a valuable educational resource for enhancing the career development competency and career guidance competency using AI of secondary pre-service teachers, who are expected to perform career guidance in future educational fields.
