본 연구는 2022 개정 음악과 교육과정 기반 중⋅고등학교 음악 교과서에 제시된 AI 창작활동의 음악 개념 학습 정도를 이해하는 것을 목적에 둔다. 이를 위해 첫째, 2022 개정 음악과 교육과정을 기반으로 출판된 중⋅고등 음악 교과서 중 AI 창작활동을 포함하고 있으며, 연구의 범위와 목적에 부합하고 분석의 실질성을 확보할 수 있는 7종의 교과서를 선정하였다. 둘째, 교과서가 제시하고 있는 AI 도구들의 종류와 유형을 분석하여, 작동 방식을 정리하였다. 마지막으로는 정리된 AI 도구를 활용하기 위해 필요한 음악 개념과 2022 개정 음악과 교육과정의 내용 체계의 음악 요소가 어떻게 대응하는지 살펴보았다. 연구의 결과로, 중⋅고등 음악 교과서가 제시한 AI 창작활동의 음악 개념 학습은, 여러 가지 화음과 음색의 개념을 이해하기에 적절하며, 박자나 리듬, 빠르기의 변화, 음계의 개념을 이해하도록 돕는다. 중⋅고등 음악 교과서 7종의 AI 창작활동 중에서 음악 개념 학습이 가장 적절히 구현되어 있는 교과서는 천재교과서와 교학사, 지학사 출판사이다. 이 교과서들은 박자와 리듬, 딸림7화음을 포함하는 여러 가지 화음을 이해하는 창작활동을 비롯하여, 음색과 형식, 빠르기의 변화를 학습할 수 있도록 구현되어 있다.
This study aims to understand the extent to which AI-based creative activities presented in secondary school music textbooks, developed under the 2022 revised music curriculum, contribute to students’ learning of musical concepts. To achieve this, the researcher first selected seven textbooks that incorporate AI creative activities, which were suitable for the study’s scope and purpose analytical rigor. Second, the study analyzed types and characteristics of the AI tools featured in these textbooks, and organized their operational methods. Lastly, it examined how musical concepts required to utilize these AI tools align with musical elements outlined in the 2022 revised curriculum’s content framework. The findings suggest that the AI creative activities presented in these textbooks effectively enhance students’ understanding of various musical concepts, including chords and tone color, as well as beat and rhythm: meter, tempo changes, and concept of scales. Among the seven analyzed textbooks, those published by Cheonjae textbook, Gyohaksa, and Jihaksa were identified as most effective in integrating music concept learning. These textbooks are designed to facilitate creative activities that help students grasp beat and rhythm: meter, a range of chords including dominant seventh chords, along with tone color, musical form, and tempo variations.
