Universities are positioning itself as a high-level employment training institution by pursuing
employment education centered on field experience and by differentiating itself from other
education institutions. However, the employment rate is reducing and people must engage in
fierce competitions in order to obtain a position. The so-called \'spec (specification)\' has
emerged among job seekers, which refers to a combination of qualifications including the level
of school from which the individual graduated, G.P.As and TOEIC scores. Suddenly, students
seeking to be employed are commonly using the word \'spec\' to refer to their school, G.P.As,
TOEIC scores, certifications, and whether or not they have experiences living or working
abroad. The whole of the external factors that they can master during college life is summed
as \'spec\'. The modern society emphasizes the importance of human resources as it makes a
transition into a knowledge-based economy. Moreover, the society is turning towards people
who possess innovative and autonomous skills. Thus, there is a need to strengthen the specs
of the younger generation to realize their innovative potential rather than dwelling on mere
technical specs.
This study aims to prevent the occurrence of academic lethargy by utilizing innovation
enhancement and the self-initiated learning model, both of which base on utilizing collective
intelligence. Based on the obtained know-how, the study also aims to foster human resources
that the society needs. The study also aims to engage students with low levels of basic learning
skills to participate more actively, and to establish complete learning methods that all students
can be satisfied with.
