Purpose of this research is that find identity and rightness of education of women in destruction of conventional view of womanhood since industrialization within traditional Bu-hak(부학). Industrialization have made women take part in industrial society, brought change that is in suffrage, education bloc etc.. and this was not exception even traditional education of women. But, traditional Bu-hak's education is doing fill sense as typical woman Andragogy. Traditional Bu-hak based on originality is no inferiority to education theory of continuous value base. But, today, dogma of 'career woman, feminism, transsexualism' and so on is doing outward appearance party for reason that such traditional Bu-hak does not coincide in modernity. This research intends to investigate traditional Bu-hak's ideology and method through analysis four Manners for Women(女有四行), and rediscover this in the meaning of woman Andragogy's archetype. Situation of times had offered condition that define contents and form of education always. Education of women is unexceptional. But, education of women must free from such situation of times, if do not consider necessity of woman education based on originality, women degraded by existence that do function by social necessity. Therefore, we must search possibility of general education theory and rightness that allow woman originality and must do so in education practice, finally make woman live in subjective Being.
