This study is to investigate characteristics of Pumasi Learning and suggest ways to improve Pumasi Learning in adult and continuing education. Pumasi Learning is a way of thinking about the relationship between learners and teachers in adult learning. The concept is introduced through the study to avoid the old idea that divide students and teacher in adult learning situation. A motto of adult learning, \'A learner is a teacher and a teacher is a learner\' will be presented in Pumasi Learning. In Pumasi Learning, there is no differentiation between a learner and an instructor. The role of each person can be exchanged depends on hegemony at each learning situation. Hegemony is shared by learners and teachers in Pumasi Learning. That is the essence of Pumasi Learning. The Pumasi Learning share hegemony in each learning situation by focused role exchange through discourse instead of teaching. The teacher usually participate learning as cooperate problem solver. They bring experiences of each people and discourse the problem, then reflect the problems. In this process, they can find solutions of the problem. The characteristics of Pumasi Learning is analysed through the movie.
