본 연구에서는 전문직 연계교육의 일환으로 실시된 다수의 전공학과 학생들의 공동실습이 대학생들의 진로정체감 형성에 어떤 영향을 미치고 있는지를 살펴봄으 로써 직업교육으로서의 공동실습의 효과성을 파악해보고자 하였다. 본 조사는 부산 지역 K대학의 보건복지학부 6개 학과 학생으로서 보건복지현장 공동실습에 참여한 120명을 대상으로 자기보고식으로 설문조사 하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 공동실습의 효과성을 파악하기 위하여 학생들의 자기 평가에 의해 개발된 25문항을 선정, 요인분석 한 결과 5개의 하위요인이 수렴되었고, 이를 ‘소통력 강 화’(6항목), ‘연계력 강화(5항목)’, ‘자기전공인식강화(6항목)’, ‘타전공과의 차이인식 (5항목)’, ‘타과 존중(3항목)’으로 명명하였다. 둘째, 진로정체감에 대한 공동실습의 효과는 실습 전(M=2.25. SD=.298)과 실습 후(M=2.50, SD=.507) 비교 결과 진로정체감이 전체적으로 상승한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 진로정체감에 미치는 공동실습 효과성 요인은 ‘자기전공인식강화’로 나타 났다. 즉, 공동실습을 통하여 학생들은 자기전공에 대한 인식이 더욱 강화되었으며, 이는 곧 진로정체감 강화에도 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다.
The purpose of this study was to provide preliminary data for understanding of effects of integrated field work for students majoring in health and welfare and establishing career identity. The data came from 120 students in 6 departments of health and welfare college in Busan who participated in the integrated field work by health and welfare sites, this study implemented self-report type questionnaire. The results were as follows. First, For understanding of effectiveness of integrated field work, 25 statements developed by students’ self-assessment and identified 5 factors by factor analysis and those were named as ‘strengthening communication(6 statements)’, ‘strengthening connectivity ability (5 statements)’, ‘strengthening perception of one’s own major (6 statements)’, ‘perception of difference from other major(5 statements )’ and ‘respecting other department (3 statements )’. Second, Effect of integrated field work influencing the career identity turned out to be ‘strengthening perception of one’s own major’. In other words, students’ perception of one’s major was able to be strengthened through integrated field work and it turned out to be influencing the establishment of their career identity.
