The purpose of this study is to develop a parents-involved group counseling program to improve sexual-consciousness of Elementary school students in higher grade and to examine its effect on sexual-consciousness. For this research, twenty one students in 6th grade from B elementary school located in Daejeon volunteered in this study. They were divided into two groups ; 11 in the experimental group and 10 in the control group. The implementation of the program was conducted two times per week in 6 weeks, 11 sessions in total. The test tool used in this study wasPSexual Knowledge and Attitudes assessment toolQthat was developed by Oh(2002) and modified by Kim(2009). There were some significant differences in improvements of the sexual-consciousness between the experimental group and the control group. The analysis of each sub-factors of the program, thePSexual KnowledgeQandPSexual AttitudeQfactors of the experimental group were significantly different from the control group. Futhermore, from the results of the analysis of the students\' experience reports and the counselor\'s observations, it can be stated that this program had positive impact on improving the upper graders\' in elementary school sexual-consciousness. The implication of this research is that it shows various parents-involved ways which are suitable for the upper graders in elementary school.
