The purpose of this study was to investigate effects of teachers' role of matching partners
between children with disabilities and non-disabilities in 1st grade at elementary school.
The subjects of this study were a male child with severe emotion disturbed, his classmates from 1st grade to 6th grade, and his 1st grade teacher, miss Whang. a male child with severe emotion disturbed whose name is Younghoon and he is a student at Boram elementary school, 6th grade.
Although some classmate at 1th grade is still classmates of him, but the others were not. The
1st grade classmates of Younghoon were still good friends and advocates of successlessly inclusive education for Younghoon.
From interviewing process, we concluded as follows;
First, the teachers' role of intervener between children with disabilities and non-disabilities in
1grade at elementary school has positive effects on matching partner.
Second, the 1st grade teacher's role to a building positive relationship of between a child with
severe disabilities and his classmates Star is important to successlessly inclusive education. Because the 1st grade students accepted information more absorbable about their peer with disabilities than other grade.
