The purpose of this study was to find that what is effect of application operate
Action Learning Program for Financial Planer in financial institute. contents of
study was to search that What is constituent elements of Action Learning
Program, Learning Motivation and Job Problem Solving, to examine closely
reciprocity between constituent element and trainee's recognition of Action
Learning Program. The people in study was financial planner by trainee of Action
Learning Program in D financial training institute. instrument of study was
questionnaire that was composed factor of Action Learning program, factor of
Learning Motivation, factor of Job Problem Solving. Analysis of questionnaire was
that descriptive statistic analysis, correlation analysis, simple regression analysis
and multiple regression analysis through relationship between each core factor of
Action Learning, factor of Learning Motivation and Job Problem Solving.
In conclusion, employer's learning support among the constituent of Action
Learning Program had an effect employee's Learning Motivation, absorbed in
Learning Process, application on the job and upgrading the possibility of Job
Problem Solving.
