This research analyses investigated data with subject of 1,820 middle and high school students after sampling them from the area of Chun-Cheon City, Gang-Won Province. Throughout this process, it verifies risk factors of adolescents' drinking and smoking behavior. To introduce details to attain these research purposes, the first point is that this research strives to reference as many investigations related to juvenile drugs abuse as one can. With ecological system theory, it verifies risk factors that are related with variable factors of system of individuality, family, school, and companionship. It also recognizes the effect on how they respectively affect behavior problems and mental health of the youth. The second point is that the research tries to explore how risk factors of juvenile drugs abuse make an active relationship and process. Based on results of this research, to prevent all of risk factors of juvenile drugs abuse, the researcher strived to discuss significances of theory, practices, policies. Above all, great significances of christianity and directions of intervention were considerably examined, too.
