Purpose: This study made these researches to be aimed of analyzing the stress that college students are going through and finding the fact that this stress can have influence on adapting to life in the college. Methods: This study used were indepentment t-test, ANOVA, pearson correlation and multiple regression. This study were 196 college students. Data was collected from February 28 to March 4, 2011 by using structured questionaires. Results: College student suffered from high mark stress from college life, including study problems(14.51±3.61), future problems(14.04±4.60). Study problems(β =-.229), future problems(β=-.223) had quite a bit negatively effect on adopt to life in the college. This study showed that 28.2% of the overall variance. Conclusion: The recent data of the researches shows that the less the stress on the problem of their study and future was, the better they can adapt to life in the college. Based on the results of the researches, suggest that additional researches or programs which can develop the idea that such stress of the college students can be reduced by some other factors be implemented in order to improve the adaption to life in the college.
