본 연구는 보육교사의 여가생활 현황분석과 여가만족, 여가제약이 직무만족도, 직무스트레스 및 정서적 소진에 미치는 영향을 분석하여, 보육교사의 직무 효율성을 높이기 위한 방안의 하나로 여가의 중요성을 강조하고 보육교사의 여가생활 지원방안을 논의하는 데 필요한 기초자료를 제공하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 201부의 설문지를 분석하였고 χ2 검증과 상관관계, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 여가참여시간은 경력에 따라, 동반인은 연령, 학력, 기관유형에 따라 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 여가종류, 여가참여빈도, 여가를 즐기는 이유는 변인에 따라 유의한 차이가 없었다. 둘째, 여가만족이 높을수록 직무만족도는 높고 정서적 소진은 낮은 것으로 나타났고, 여가 생활을 하는데 제약을 높게 느낄수록 직무스트레스도 높고 정서적 소진도 커지는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 여가만족은 직무만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 요인이며, 여가제약은 직무스트레스와 정서적 소진에 유의한 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났다. 위의 연구결과를 바탕으로 여가활동을 지원하기 위한 방안들을 논의하였다.
The purpose of the present study is to investigate the leisure life and the effects of leisure satisfaction and constraints on job satisfaction, job stress and emotional exhaustion of teachers in daycare centers. In this study, 201 questionnaires were analyzed by using X2test, Pearson relationship, and multiple-regression. As results, firstly, there is a significant difference in leisure frequency according to the types of daycare center, and also leisure participation hours are different depending on the teachers’ career. According to the types of daycare center, and teachers’ age and education, the leisure partners are different. However, there is no difference in the leisure activities and its reason. Secondly, the more satisfied with leisure, the more satisfied with the job and the less emotionally exhausted. Also, the more constrained from leisure, the more stressed and emotionally exhausted. The lastly, leisure satisfaction has a significant effect on job satisfaction. Also leisure’ constraints have has an effect on job stress and emotional exhaustion. Based on the results, suggestions were discussed to support teachers’ leisure life.
