In a real multi-cultural age, there are exposed to many problems according to a growing trend of multi-cultural family. Especially the problems of delivery system give many multi-cultural families their difficulties related to bad ones as well as late services. Noticing these realities, this research was searching for an improvement sector of delivery system especially focused on delivery system of Gilebert & Specht's a framework for analysis widely known as a framework for analysis of multi-cultural welfare policy. An improvement sector of delivery system suggests coordination scheme between the branches of the government, cooperation intensification between the central government and the local government, training professional manpower, support of the civil office, etc, but this research is searching both the government-driven and private-driven delivery system and problems of delivery system of multi-cultural family assistance policy. suggesting delivery system development side of multi-cultural family assistance policy. Through synthesizing professionality, suitability, inclusive, integration, equality, responsibility, accessibility suggested the general principle of delivery system, this research is searching for the integration and efficiency aspect. Through these, this research is suggesting the integrate development of the central government which is deciding and delivering each different policy and the efficiency development of public delivery system and civil delivery system.
