Especially, according to Paul de Man, a Allegory is a sort of contemporary debate derived of defining that a Allegory in contemporay art is related to the deconstruction character which is one of the aspect of Postmodernism art. Also related to this, for Creg Owens, the Allegory is related to the aesthetic character and defined to “the aesthitic attitude, aesthitic method, and the aesthitic acting”. And he finally, defines that the character of Allegory is a temporality, borrowing, site, a mixed and polyvalent, ect. In the thesis, it first, reviews the concept and define of the allegory in the theory, and studies the related character seeking in the own painting according to the character on it.
