본 연구의 목적은 집단미술치료가 뇌졸중 환자의 분노표현에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아 보는 것이다. 연구 대상은 D광역시 G보건소에 등록 관리중인 발병 후 5년 이내의 60대 이 하 뇌졸중 환자 20명으로 이중 10명은 집단미술치료 프로그램을 실시한 실험집단으로, 나 머지 10명은 아무런 처치를 하지 않은 통제 집단으로 구성하였다. 연구는 2010년 6월 14일 부터 7월 23일까지 주 2회 50분씩 총12회기를 실시하였다. 연구의 효과를 측정하기 위한 도구는 전겸구의 한국판 상태-특성 분노 표현 척도(State-Trait Anger Expression Inventory)를 사전.사후 검사로 사용하였다. 본 연구결과와 논의를 토대로 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 집단미술치료가 뇌졸중 환자의 분노표현 변화에 긍정적 영향을 미쳤 다. 둘째, 집단미술치료가 뇌졸중 환자의 분노표현의 하위영역인 분노억제, 분노표출, 분노 통제에 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 이러한 연구결과는 집단미술치료가 뇌졸중환자의 분노표 현의 긍정적 변화를 주었으며 뇌졸중환자의 심리재활에 효과적인 것으로 뇌졸중 환자가 자신의 부정적 정서를 받아들여 정서적으로 안정되고 미술활동을 통하여 자신의 화난 정 서를 부정적으로 표출하거나 억지로 참지 않고 자신의 생각과 느낌을 미술매체로 표현하 게 함으로써 부적절한 분노표현을 감소시키는데 도움이 되었음을 알 수 있다. 본 연구는 집단미술치료를 60대 이하 뇌졸중 환자에게 적용하고 뇌졸중 환자의 분노표현에 효과적임을 제시한 것으로 그 의의를 두고자 한다.
The aim of this thesis is to clarify the effect of the group art therapy on the anger expression of patients with stroke. The study participants were 20 in the rehabilitation therapy room of G Health Center in D city. They were divided into two groups: one was consisted in ten of them become control group, and the other was made of the rest become experiment group. The study period was 6weeks(2session/week) from June 14, 2010 to July 23, 2010. Assessment methods was STAXI-K developed by Spielberger(1988) and translated by Chon, Hahn, & Lee (1998). The results of this study were as follows: Firstly, Group Art Therapy is effective to anger expression of patients with stroke. Secondly, among the subordinate province of anger expression of patients with stroke, in 'anger exhibition' the significant difference is shown. Considering the results of this study, Group Art Therapy is a effective program to one's anger expression and researches about Group Art Therapy as treatment of the patients with stroke has to be done for the future.
