본 연구는 대학의 교수-학습 지원 기관에서 대부분 운영하는 특강 및 워크숍 프로그램의 효 과를 평가하기 위하여 만족도와 적용 효과 측면에서 타당한 평가 도구를 개발하는 것을 목적으 로 수행되었다. 대학의 교수-학습 지원 기관의 특성을 잘 이해하면서 교수-학습 지원을 통한 효 과를 판단할 수 있는 전문가로 기관 실무자들이 가장 적절하다고 판단하여 CTL의 석박사 전문 인력 30명을 대상으로 평가 문항 추출을 위한 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 이를 통해 만족도 평가와 적용 효과 평가시 활용 가능한 평가 문항을 도출하였고 이를 바탕으로 평가 도구를 개발하여 제 안하였다. 첫째, 프로그램의 만족도 평가를 위해서는 목표, 내용, 강사, 실천 행동/전이 기대, 종 합평가 등의 영역으로 평가를 할 필요가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 이들 영역을 평가하는 데 필요 한 문항을 필요도 평균을 중심으로 선정하였다. 둘째, 적용 효과 평가는 교수자와 학습자 측면 을 구분하여 실시할 것을 제안하였는데, 교수자 대상으로 적용 효과 평가를 하기 위하여 유용성, 적용 여부, 적용 효과, 지속 적용 의지, 추가 요구 사항 등의 항목으로 평가가 필요한 것으로 나 타났으며, 학습자 대상의 적용 효과 평가 항목은 유용성, 만족도, 적용 결과, 지속 반영 의지, 개 선 사항 등의 항목으로 평가가 필요한 것으로 조사되었다. 셋째, 조사된 결과를 바탕으로 평가 도구의 유용성을 높이기 위하여 전문가 검토를 실시하였으며, 그 결과로 특강 및 워크숍의 만족 도 평가를 위한 평가도구와 적용 효과 평가를 위한 평가도구를 개발하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 특 강 및 워크숍의 지속 여부를 판단할 수 있는 근거를 확보하고 프로그램의 질적인 효과를 평가할 수 있는 도구를 개발하였다는 데에 의의가 있다.
The purpose of this study is to develop the proper evaluation instruments to estimate the results in terms of satisfaction and application of teaching and learning programs such as special lectures or workshops worked on in the most of universities' CTL(Center for Teaching and Learning). This study was conducted in the survey with 30 field experts with Master's or Doctor‘s degree proficient is figuring out the property of CTLs and evaluating the effects of teaching and learning programs. We developed and suggested the evaluation instruments on the basis of available and valid evaluation questions in the case of evaluating the satisfaction and application effects. In this study, we found that there are 5 domains and criteria such as the goal, the contents, the teacher, the practical behavior or the transfer expectation, all-round evaluation to estimate satisfaction. We analyzed the degree of need, content validity, convergence, consensus of the primary questions, and then we deducted final 17 questions from the result. To evaluate application effects of the programs for teachers, it is needed to evaluate effectiveness, application effects, additional requirement and so on. For students, it is needed to evaluate the effectiveness, satisfaction, application effects, improvements, continuous reflection will and so on. We developed and suggested the proper evaluation instruments for the satisfaction and application estimating of the special lecture and workshop with expert's review. The fact that we have sufficient basis to decide to keep the programs or not and develop the evaluation instrument to estimate the qualitative effect of the programs is of great significance.
