본 연구는 창의적 문제해결(CPS)모형을 적용한 집단미술치료가 미혼모의 자기효능감과 문제해결력에 미치는 효과를 검증하기 위한 것으로, 창의적 문제해결(CPS)모형을 적용한 집단미술치료를 미혼모들에게 실시하여, 미혼모들의 자기효능감과 문제해결력에 유의한 변 화가 있는지 살펴보았다. 연구 대상은 O미혼모 시설의 미혼모들로 한 주에 두 번, 각 회기 별로 90분씩, 총 16회기 실시하였다. 본 연구에서는 창의적 문제해결(CPS)모형을 적용한미 혼모의 자기효능감과 문제해결력에 미치는 효과를 알아보기 위해 평균․표준편차, 공변량 분석(ANCOVA)과 paired t-test를 실시하였다. 실시 결과는 창의적 문제해결(CPS) 모형을 적용한 집단미술치료프로그램은 미혼모의 정서적인 부분뿐만 아니라 창의적 문제해결 (CPS)모형 단계를 바탕으로 스스로 할 수 있다는 자신감을 향상시키고 현실의 새로운 상 황이나 문제에 있어서 회피하지 않고 직면하여 스스로 다양한 해결방법을 고안하여 해결 해 나갈 수 있도록 도와준다. 그로인해 새로운 삶과 적응을 위한 상담에 미치는 의의는 미 혼모를 대상으로 한 실험연구에서 미혼모의 자기효능감과 문제해결력 향상 및 긍정적 행 동변화에 효과를 주는 중재프로그램 개발의 기틀로서 창의적 문제해결(CPS)모형을 적용한 집단미술치료프로그램의 가능성과 효과성을 체계적으로 제시하였다.
The purpose of this study is to investigate A Study on the Effects of CPS-based Group Art Therapy on Single Mothers’ Self-efficacy and Problem Solving Ability. The subjects of the study are single mothers in welfare facilities. Total 16 sessions of group art therapy are conducted twice a week for two hours each time. ANCOVA, Paired t-test is used to test the effectiveness of group art therapy based on CPS model on the self-efficacy and problem solving ability of single mothers. Group art therapy based on Creative Problem Solving(CPS) model results in improving single mothers' affectiveness and confidence, and helps them to plan a variety of solutions and to solve problems they face without avoiding new conditions and problems. Thus, this study shows positively that group art therapy based on Creative Problem Solving(CPS) model, for the basis of the development of intervention program, has effectiveness and possibility to improve the self-efficacy and problem solving ability and to foster positive behavior change of single mothers.
