The purpose of this study is to provide a basis for promoting Elderly Care service satisfaction by analyzing the factors affection on the satisfaction of Elderly Care facilities users. To increase the satisfaction of the facility operation is to raise the expertise of personnel and facilities, improve the fairness and reliability of grading, and lower medical cost sharing. in the elderly care facilities of analysis, all items in the users showed the negative perception rather than operators. in terms of the adequacy of facilities, expertise and persistence were significant influence on the facility service satisfaction. a result of this study suggested that it is essentials that operators have a good understanding of the needs of users and should reflect them in the facilities management. base on the social welfare philosophy or purpose rather than being put on the market logic.
