The purpose of this study is to offer the base information about successful integrated child care through examining the stresses which child care teachers have in their workplace and investigating how to treat them. 1. The degree of overall job stress that integrated child care teachers feel was 3.31 points on the average, between the lowest 1 point and the highest 5 points. This value is relatively high. In terms of factors, job stress levels were as follows. Administrative factor was the highest and then educational factor, then the things related to child, the things between the parents and the teachers were the last. Considering the contents in more detail, administrative factor was related to excessive paperwork and educational factor was related to the lack of assistant teachers. Disabilities and the difficulties of controlling the children’s aggressive attitude were shown in child-related factor. The things between the parents and the teachers were the lack of exchanging the information related to education. 2. The degree of measures on job stress was between the lowest 1 point and the highest 5 points, and the mean value was 2.96 points. The order of measures to handle their stress was as follows. Psychological treatment was the highest and then was ranked direct handling, mental handling, physical-destructive handling in that order. Considering the contents in more detail, in the psychological treatment they used the method of comforting themselves and accepting affirmatively situation, in the direct measures they handled the method of calling for advices from another teachers and surfing internet sites related to their problems was general. In the mental treatments, they mainly used music appreciation. In physical-destructive treatments, eating their favorite food was most common method.
