본 연구는 남편의 양육참여가 양육스트레스와 부부갈등을 매개로 취업모의 자아존중감에 미치는 영향에 관한 구조적 분석을 위해 SPSS18.0과 AMOS 20.0을 이용하여구조방정식 모형분석(Structural Equation Modeling)을 실시하였다. 2단계 접근법을 사용한 구조방정식 모형분석 결과, 남편의 양육참여는 양육스트레스와 부부갈등에 모두 통계적으로 유의미한 부적(-) 영향을 미쳤고, 양육스트레스와 부부갈등은 취업모의 자아존중감에 역시 통계적으로 유의미한 부적(-) 영향을 미쳤다. 이는 남편의 양육참여가 활발하면 취업모의 양육스트레스와 부부갈등 인식정도가 감소하고 자아존중감에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 의미이다. 그리고 Bootstrapping을 이용한 매개효과 분석결과, 남편의 양육참여가 취업모의 자아존중감에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않아 양육스트레스와 부부갈등 변인이 두변인 사이에서 완전매개변인 역할을 수행하는 것으로 나타났다.
The purpose of this study is to analysis the casual model between husband's parenting participation and working mother's self-esteem mediated by parenting stress and marital conflict. The data from the 3th Panel Study on Korean Children(PSKC) was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling. The results are as follows. First, husband's parenting participation had a significant negative impact on parenting stress and marital conflict. Parenting stress and marital conflict had a significant negative impact to working mother's self-esteem. But husband's parenting participation did not have statistically significant effect working mother's self-esteem. Second, mediating effects analysis using bootstrapping, parenting stress and marital conflict had complete mediating effects between husband's parenting participation and working mother's self-esteem.
