The purpose of the present study was to investigate the differences of career decision-making efficacy, career decision-making, and career maturity according to gender, grade, perceived school achievement, and perceived socio-economicstatus, and to analyze the effect of career decision-making efficacy on career decision→making and career maturity.
The findings of the study were as follows:
First, there was gender difference in career decision-making efficacy and
career maturity. It meant male students showed higher level of career decision-making efficacy and career maturity. Second, there was grade difference in career decision-making and career maturity. Third, there was perceive school achievement difference in career decision-making efficacy and career maturity. Fourth, there was perceived socio-economic status difference in career decision-making efficacy, career decision-making, and career maturity. Finally, career decision-making efficacy turned out to have an influence on career decision-making and career maturity.
