This study was carried out to focus on the security of productivity of teaching profession for the maximization of educational effect, as analyzing an importance of the social organization of schools, which has the decisive power for the efficient schools through relation between the efficacy and satisfaction of teachers who is the subject of accomplishing an educational goal. And thus, this study was designed to causal relationships among social organization of schools on teachers' efficacy and satisfaction. The sample of the study consisted of 129 randomly selected teachers, sampled by the multi-staged stratified cluster sampling technique in consideration of the school composition and location. The resultant data were analyzed by the covariance structural analysis. The importance must be emphasized is that LISREL estimates verify the relationship of latent variables in full consideration of variables to examine with standard errors. The revised model was fitted in the degree of .93 goodness of fittness indices with .90 squares was 353.82 and RMR(root mean square residual) was .067. The results are as follows. First, the social organization of schools affects the teachers' effacacy and satisfaction. Second, teachers' efficacy affects the teachers' satisfaction.
