이 연구의 목적은 대학생청소년의 인권인식에 대해 살펴보고||| 인권의 중요도 성취도(IPA)를 밝히고자 하였다. 기존 선행연구를 토대로 대학생인권영역에 대한 설문도구를 마련하였으며||| 자료수집은 편의표집을 통해 대학생청소년 총 98명을 대상으로 하였다. 연구수행을 통한 주요결과 및 시사점은 다음과 같았다. 첫째||| 성별에 따라 대학생청소년 관련 인권이슈의 발생정도에 대한 인식이 다르게 나타났다. 남자는 수업학습권||| 건강권||| 복지권이 높은 반면 여자는 폭력행위로부터 보호||| 범죄로부터 보호 등이 높았다. 둘 째||| 성별에 따라 대학생청소년 관련 인권의 집중영역이 다르게 나타났다. 남자는 집중영역은 학생참여인 반면 여자는 차별금지||| 범죄로부터 안전||| 건강권||| 수업학습권 등이었다. 셋째||| 진보정치성향의 대학생청소 년이 중도정치성향의 청소년에 비해 주요 인권의 중요도-성취도의 평균이 다소 높았다. 넷째||| 진보정치 성향의 대학생청소년의 집중영역은 폭력으로부터 보호||| 건강권||| 복지권||| 범죄로부터 안전권 등이었다.
The purpose of this study was to analyze youth right perception of university students by Importance-Performance Analysis. The study was carried out youth right survey and data were collected 98 university students with convenience sampling. Main findings of the study were as following; First||| male youths perceived learning right||| health right and welfare right whereas female youths perceived protection from violence and protection from crime. Second||| male youths showed focusing area participation right whereas female youths showed focusing area protection from crime||| health right||| learning right. Third||| there were main differences on youth right perception by students’ political orientation. Fourth||| progressive oriented youth showed focusing protection from violence||| health right and protection from crime. The study suggested that our society should encourage university students to widen proper youth right for becoming healthy citizen.
