학교 진로상담의 새로운 접근에 관한 연구

본 연구는 진로발달에서 학생과 학부모들의 진로에 대한 인식을 정립하고 진로방향에 대해서 자료를 분석하고 향후 효율적인 방향으로 진로를 선택하고 제공하며 특수분야 대상에게도 진 로를 정하는데 기본 자료를 제공하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 또한||| 세계화와 더불어 나타난 다양 한 국적의 소수인종에 대한 문제는 일반상담에만 적용되는 문제가 아니므로 진로상담은 다른 나라에서 새로운 직업에 취업하고자 몰려드는 소수인종에게는 생계유지와 적응이라는 기본적 인 문제와 관련되어 있다. 이들의 삶속에서는 긍정적인 결과도 나오지만 다양한 사회문제나 범죄 등을 발생시키기도 한다. 따라서 올바른 진로상담이 이루어진다면 적절하게 생산력을 보 급할 수 있고||| 범죄 등의 문제들을 미리 예방하거나 감소하는데 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다. 직업은 사람에게 삶을 유지하는 생계수단일 뿐만 아니라 인생에 있어서 자아실현이라는 큰 의미를 가지고 있기 때문에 매우 중요하다. 이는 신체적||| 정신적으로 장애가 있는 자에게 있 어서도 예외는 아니다. 이에 지금 시대에 학생 및 학부모에게 요구되는 진로상담의 필요성과 주요 원리||| 효과적인 진로상담의 방안을 살펴보고||| 앞으로 어떤 방향으로 나아가야 할지에 대 하여 진로상담의 현실적이며 새로운 접근을 모색해 보고자 한다.

영문초록

The purpose of this study is to offer the basic data necessary for examining the trends of career awareness on the subject of students and their parents in the stage of career development. There are broader issues in the career counselling of women that cut across the career development continuum and need to be addressed. Similarly||| with minority and racial group members and with the handicapped and disabled||| there are special applications of career of career counselling that many not be apparent without further discussion. For career counseling to be comprehensive||| it must incoorporate those components of models and methods reviewed in this study that make it generally applicable to all clients but that also||| in unique combinations and syntheses||| make it appropriate to each client. The challenge for the imaginative career counselor is to combine creatively the elements of career counseling to facilitate the clients' career development while concurrently improving their general quality of life.
