본 연구는 고령화와 단독가구 증가의 사회적 상황에서 독거가구 고령여성장애인 생활만족도를 높이는 것이 바람직하다는 인식에서 출발하였다. 선행연구를 통해 독거 고령여성장애인의 생활만족 도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 인구학적 요인, 심리?건강요인, 경제적 요인, 사회적 요인으로 구성하 고 영향을 미치는지 살펴보았다. 본 연구의 자료는 고용노동부?한국장애인고용공단에서 조사한 장 애인고용패널의 4차년도(2011) 자료로 이 중 50세 이상 독거 고령여성장애인 320명이며, 자료분석 은 SPSS Win 18.0 프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 인구학적 요인은 영향을 미치지 않았다. 둘째, 심리?건강 요인은 우울상태, 장애 수용, 전반적 건강상태가 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났으며 셋째, 경제적 요인은 월소득이 영향 을 미치는 요인으로 확인되었다. 마지막으로, 사회적 요인은 차별경험, 노후준비가 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났다. 따라서 독거 고령여성장애인의 생활만족도를 높이기 위해서는 심리적 지원체계 마련, 기초 건강권 확보를 위한 노력, 경제적 자립기반 구축, 노후준비 방안모색 등의 노력이 필요 할 것이다.
The purpose of this study was elderly women with disabilities to increase life satisfaction from the recognition that were original goals. Refer to the advanced researches, main factors are comprised of sociological population effect, psychological?health effect, economical effect, social effect. This study was analysis of 320 people over 50 years older women with disabilities using the research from the ministry of Employment and Labor, and the Korea Employment Agency for the Disabled in 2011 on Panel survey of Employment for the Disabled. The data was analyzed using SPSS Win 18.0 program utlizing frequency analysis and t-test, ANOVA, correlations, hierarchical regression methods. The results of this study were as follows : First, psychological?health effect which consist with psychological status, acceptance of disability, general health condition are determind as life satisfaction factor of elderly women with disabilities. Second, the more they satisfied with economical effect such as montly income, the higher the life satisfaction is brought out. Third, in case of social effect, degree of discrimination and preparation for the later life influence life satisfaction of elderly women with disabilities. Based on this results, the implications for future studies on women with disabilities were discussed.
